Restrictions: These adapters will not "enable" Ethernet networking on a tablet or other device that has not been manufactured to support Ethernet. Consult your Tablet Manufacturer, your Tablet's User Manual, or your applicable web forum if you are uncertain if your device supports Ethernet.
You cannot charge your tablet and use the Ethernet adapter at the same time, if your tablet uses the same Micro-USB-OTG port for both functions.

This USB 3.0 ASIX AX88179 Adapter is the fastest Ethernet Adapter manufactured today and is the next step up in Gigabit Ethernet Adapters after USB 2.0 AX88178 models. For only a few dollars more, this Next Generation Ethernet adapter can provide potentially significant improvement over today's USB 2 Gigabit Adapters in both speed and /or laptop battery savings. This is a USB 3 to RJ45 Ethernet Adapter for MS Windows 7, Vista, MS Windows 8 - 32 or 64 bit (Only x86 Processors - Intel or AMD). Works with WINDOWS 10. Works with Linux, Mac/OSx 10.6 or higher.
For use with Desktops, Laptops, Netbooks, Ultrabooks, and Windows-Tablets that use Intel or AMD Processors. This Adapter works in both USB 3 and USB 2 ports.
