If you would still like to use a screen protector with your Bobj Cover, Amazon offers their own name-brand, high quality screen protectors which come in 3-packs or 5-packs. Our Bobj Covers are designed to be compatible with all high-quality covers sold by Amazon including the tempered all-glass or self-healing models.

Do you provide screen protectors?

The Bobj Case protects your screen from drops at any angle to a flat surface or stair edge, with a patented, shock-absorbing, raised front bezel that is better than a built-in plastic sheet screen protector. Most of our customers do not want a heat-trapping, plastic sheet on their tablet to protect their screen.

Hey! My Bobj Case does not fit my tablet properly - or the buttons and openings are in the wrong place!

Bobj Cases only fit the model tablet for which they are designed. You probably have the wrong model for your tablet. Many tablet makers have similar looking models. Some tablet makers change the design/shape of the tablet but use the same model name as the previous year’s model. Make sure you selected the correct Bobj Case for your model tablet. Your tablet model can be found in your tablet's SETTINGS > ABOUT > MODEL. Email bobjgear@gmail.com if you need help selecting the right case.

What is the Bobj Case made from?

All Bobj Cases are made from the highest quality silicone that meets FDA food-grade requirements, with virtually no "silicone smell" typically found in other silicone products. They are constructed of one solid, flexible piece (this is not a hard case) which makes them easy to put on and take off but with a perfectly snug fit. The texture is smooth, making them comfortable to hold, but with a grip that helps to keep them from slipping off tables or desks.

Can I wash the Bobj Case?

Yes! All Bobj Cases are fully washable with water and mild dish soap.

Do you replace a tablet if it breaks while in your case?

No, we do not guarantee your tablet will never break. Our Bobj Cases add significant protection but they cannot protect in every situation.
